Serendipity is proud to offer companies a unique team building & bonding exercise using horses as facilitators.  Based on highlighting awareness in communication, the horse is a dynamic motivator and an excellent barometer for the successful exchange of ideas.

How will your employees or managers react to an unfamiliar environment?  In Serendipity’s circle of awareness program, they will learn to communicate with the horse, establish a trust based leadership with a fresh vision of respect & performance,  which can impact their relationships within the company and beyond.

Participants will define and use focus,  clear intentions and creative visualization to  direct the action of a 1000lb animal, facilitating increased self esteem, understanding and a greater consciousness of the function of ‘Self’ in relation to their work and their environment.
